All IBEX data will be made available to the public as soon as practical. A $2M IBEX-funded, NASA-peer-reviewed and selected guest investigator program will be implemented to support outside researchers. Very high-sensitivity magnetospheric ENA observations, while not a formal part of IBEX science, will also be provided to the community. Astrophysical-heliospheric, cross-disciplinary research enabled by IBEX will explore synergies in the heliosphere-astrosphere connection.
